Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all RERIGHT services, including our website, Intelligence API, AI chatbot, newsletter, free tools, and any other services we provide. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
01Permitted Uses
You may use RERIGHT services for lawful business and personal purposes, including:
- Accessing and reading our news intelligence content across The AI Signal platform
- Using our free assessment tools for legitimate business evaluation
- Interacting with our AI chatbot (Aria) for service inquiries and consultation scheduling
- Subscribing to and reading our newsletter
- Accessing our Intelligence API within the terms of your plan tier
- Engaging with our consulting services under a signed agreement
02Prohibited Uses
You may not use RERIGHT services to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from our website beyond what is made available through our designated API
- Use automated tools to access our services in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage patterns, except through our API
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, models, or systems powering our platform
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense RERIGHT content, API data, or intelligence analysis in bulk without written permission
- Use our services to build a product or service that competes directly with RERIGHT's offerings
- Misrepresent AI-generated content from our platform as human-authored editorial or journalism
- Share API keys, credentials, or account access with unauthorized parties
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or infrastructure
- Use our services to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Collect personal information about other users of our services
- Use our services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
03API-Specific Rules
API users must comply with the rate limits of their plan tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. API keys must be stored securely and not exposed in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments. API responses must be attributed to RERIGHT when published or displayed to end users. Bulk redistribution of raw API data requires a separate written agreement.
04Content and Intellectual Property
All content on RERIGHT's platform, including news analysis, editorial commentary, heat scores, sector classifications, tool interfaces, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to our content and reference our analysis with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without written permission. Source news articles linked from our intelligence platform remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers.
05Enforcement
RERIGHT reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend access to affected services, permanently terminate access, or pursue legal remedies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our systems or other users.
06Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to vijay@reright.io.
07Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
