Information Collected Through Our AI Chatbot

Our AI-powered chatbot (Aria) collects the messages you send during your conversation, your name and email if you provide them, and meeting booking details if you schedule a consultation. Chatbot conversations are processed to provide you with relevant responses and are not used to train AI models.

Information Collected Through Free Tools

When you use our free assessment tools — including the Governance Score, RAG Calculator, and Middleware Savings Calculator — we collect the inputs you provide and your email address if you request a results report. Tool inputs are used solely to generate your results and are not shared with third parties.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, browser type, device type, and basic usage patterns through standard web analytics tools.

API Usage Data

If you access our Intelligence API, we collect your API key, request logs (endpoints accessed, timestamps, and request frequency), and the plan tier associated with your account. We do not collect the content of the queries you build using our API responses.

We use the information we collect to:

RERIGHT uses artificial intelligence across several features of our platform. Our news intelligence feed, The AI Signal, uses automated systems to aggregate, classify, and analyze publicly available news articles. Editorial commentary labeled as "RERIGHT's Take" is generated using AI and reflects automated analysis, not human editorial opinion. Our chatbot, Aria, uses large language models to process your messages and generate responses. Your chatbot conversations are not used to train or fine-tune any AI models. AI-generated content on our platform, including news analysis and signal classifications, is produced by automated systems and should not be treated as professional advice.

When you use a free tool and provide your email, you will receive your results report. If you subscribe to The AI Signal newsletter, you will receive periodic intelligence digests. You may receive follow-up communication from RERIGHT related to your specific inquiry. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Newsletter delivery is managed through Beehiiv, whose own privacy policy governs their handling of subscriber data.

We use the following categories of third-party services to operate our platform: hosting and deployment providers for our website and server infrastructure; email and newsletter delivery services for communications and The AI Signal newsletter; scheduling tools for consultation bookings; AI model providers for chatbot functionality and content analysis; image generation services for news article imagery; analytics tools for understanding website usage. These service providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. We do not share your personal information with third-party services for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to RERIGHT.

Information you provide is stored securely and accessed only by authorized RERIGHT personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry or deliver your results. We use industry-standard security practices for data storage and transmission, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transfer. Our server infrastructure is hosted in secure data centers. We perform regular backups to protect against data loss. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use standard web analytics to understand site usage. These tools may use cookies — small text files stored on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use our site, access our news intelligence feed, or use our free tools.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact form submissions and chatbot conversation data are retained for a reasonable period to support ongoing business relationships. API usage logs are retained for billing and security purposes. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

RERIGHT operates an automated AI intelligence platform called The AI Signal. This platform aggregates publicly available news articles from RSS feeds and other public sources, classifies them by industry sector and signal type, assigns editorial relevance scores, and publishes AI-generated editorial commentary.

The AI Signal does not collect personal data from the news sources it aggregates. It processes only publicly available article metadata: headlines, summaries, publication dates, source URLs, and author names as published by the original source. No personal data is scraped, enriched, or stored beyond what the original publisher made publicly available.

AI-generated editorial commentary labeled as "RERIGHT's Take" represents automated analysis by our AI systems, not human editorial opinion. The AI Signal is published across our website, newsletter, social media channels, and API.

Our AI-powered assistant, Aria, is available on our website to help visitors learn about RERIGHT's services and schedule consultations. When you interact with Aria, we collect the messages you send during the conversation, your name and email if you voluntarily provide them, and meeting booking details if you schedule a consultation.

Aria uses large language models to process your messages and generate responses. Your chatbot conversations are processed solely to provide relevant responses and facilitate service inquiries. Chatbot conversations are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.

We retain chatbot conversation data for a reasonable period to support ongoing business relationships and service improvement. Aria may send booking confirmation emails, including calendar invites (ICS files), to the email address you provide during the scheduling process.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, The AI Signal by RERIGHT, we collect your email address and any preferences you indicate during signup. Newsletter delivery is managed through Beehiiv, a third-party email platform. Beehiiv's own privacy policy governs their handling of subscriber data, including email open tracking and click tracking.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. We do not sell or share your newsletter subscriber data with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you register for access to our Intelligence API, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information associated with your account.

We collect API usage data including your API key identifier, request logs (endpoints accessed, timestamps, request frequency, and response status codes), and the plan tier associated with your account. API usage data is retained for billing, security monitoring, rate limit enforcement, and service improvement purposes. We do not log or store the specific queries you construct using our API response data after delivery.

RERIGHT publishes content across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, and YouTube. When you interact with our social media content (likes, comments, shares, follows), that interaction is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.

We may use aggregated, non-personal analytics data from these platforms to understand content performance and audience engagement. We do not collect personal data from social media platform users beyond what is visible on their public profiles.

RERIGHT operates as an AI-driven media and intelligence organization. Our editorial operations include automated news aggregation, AI-assisted editorial analysis, and content publishing across multiple channels. In the course of these operations, we process only publicly available information.
